The one star is because the sales consultant (Marlon) was really nice/professional/straightforward when we came and drove originally when we came back is when the shenanigans began with the sales manager wasting two entire days of negotiations that turned into them letting me know they would rather sell me a new car. Be straightforward and don't waste people's time and we might have bought a new car. Instead the picture is where I ended up happily. Go to Subaru of south blvd. No games or bullshit simply selling cars.
