Before writing this I want to say that the staff here is 5 star and do there job well. This review is on the poor management of this location, specifically the purchasing of sufficient inventory. Everyday I come in and I attempt to order the sous vide egg white bites. I am a registered dietitian and appreciate the low fat high protein content of this item whereas all of their other items and salads contain a high fat content. Now more often than not (approximately 4/5 days per week) this item is sold out. Whether it's 8 am or 12 pm doesn't matter they are out. This has been ongoing for several months now and management has done nothing to remedy the issue. I understand that it's a popular item, which would justify ordering MORE of it especially since it is a very simple food item. However, they have not done this and today when I did a mobile order and informed me that it was sold out, that was the last straw. Again, not a reflection on the employees they are wonderful but management needs to ensure that popular food items are stocked sufficiently to meet demand. Until then my position remains the same. If it weren't for the employees I would give one star.
