I don't know why this place is getting such bad reviews! I see people complaining that they don't turn the laser up high enough on the groupon deal... I can't agree with that! They turned it up as high as they dared for my easily burned flesh! I had a full beard when I started, and after just ONE treatment, my flesh was tender, but the swelling went down within a couple of hours. After a month of growth, my beard was sparse and growing slowly. I normally had a five o'clock shadow after only 10 hours after shaving!!!! After 8 treatments, I have gone from 10,000 hairs (TRUST ME, I TRIED PLUCKING THEM INDIVIDUALLY!) to approximately 20 hairs. OF COURSE, I'm going to give them 5 stars!! I love these folks!!!
