I've always had poor service at this pharmacy, long waits, unorganized, etc., but it's the closest pharmacy to our house so we continued to use it and sort of joke that it's got to be the world's worst pharmacy. Earlier today I went to drop off a Rx (to be filled today). I used the drive thru lane & waited for nearly 10 minutes for the pharmacy to service the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, I handed the tech my Rx. She asked "do you need this filled today?" I responded with a yes... to which she said "actually, we are really busy today it will take 4-5 hours." So I asked for it back and told her I'll take it somewhere else. And that's what I plan to do for every Rx from now on. This Walgreen's location truly is the absolute worst.
