I had a certificate to this place so we tried it out yesterday. It was pretty standard Chinese food, but nothing to rave about. We ordered two lunch specials: sweet and sour shrimp and shrimp with vegetables. It was nice to learn that their egg rolls and soups during lunch contain no meat. Our server was nice and answered our questions well. My sweet and sour shrimp had breading on it and it was a bit thick, the spring rolls were pretty good and the egg soup was okay. My friends dish had some interesting sauce on it, which I didn't particularly like. I had to order almond cookies to make my total $20 and I tried one when I got home, and I didn't like it. Intimate, good service but the food wasn't so great that I'd come back.
