I wouldn't put even a star on this honestly. This company is absolute garbage and everyone NEEDS to read this. I recently rented a property from them for the last four years....Make sure you take pictures of the establishment you are renting from them before you move in i.e. the move in conditions. They will take half of your rent deposit regardless of how clean you leave the place upon move out.
Upon move in back in 2012 the place had some dirty tile floors among marks on the walls but nothing too serious. The place was actually quite nice, a town home off of Chandler Blvd. We were promised garage and gate openers both of which we didn't receive until a year into the lease. Then when we got them they did not work. It took them another 6 months to get those working. Also they do not respond with requests in a timely manner and are EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of. These people do not speak English very well at all so its hard to understand them and get them to do things like repairs, etc.
fast forward to move out 2016.
Now my roommate and I being in law enforcement have been pretty legit with payments and cleanliness. He moved out about a few months before but forgot to turn in his garage/gate opener and key.....keep in mind he moved all the way to New York where he is from...
I had the carpets professionally cleaned and made sure to clean out all appliances thoroughly to ensure a close to full refund which was around $1300.....
They gave me about $500 back I was furious as I left the place cleaner than when I moved in.
I STRONGLY STRONGLY urge anyone to avoid doing business with these people. You are going to receive terrible service.
