We just came here for their "dress like a cow" day for our free entrees, but we frequent chick fil a couple times a month. We had two people dressed as cows and one without, so we ordered two salads and one chicken nugget. The nugget was supposed to be the only item we paid for because they take off the most expensive items, but she accidentally took off the nugget and one salad. I quickly brought up the mistake and the manager came in and apologized to me, which he didn't have to do, and fixed the problem. I ended up leaving without paying anything. I always have a great experience at chick fil a. Great customer service and food. We love them!
