Went off reviews like a dummy! I have called and called for around a week beforehand, either right when they open, there days off, or in the middle of the day. Finally after so many calls I got Tracy to pick up and booked me for later that week. Well I sent her a photo of my hair and what I wanted. I wanted dark roots (which I naturally have) and platinum blonde all around. (Not an ombré, or different levels/ colors of blonde, but just platinum) well half way through Tracy stated I hate just having one color I love when it fades into it. Well funny story that isn't what I asked for and she clearly did what she wished to my head of hair. Sucks I paid $175+ for something I didn't want. My hair looked just like this before and she only filled in the part that grew out. Now I'm having to find someone else to fix her mistake. Why can't hair dressers do what they are paid to do ? Clearly never going back. Also the salon was a mess! It was joked about how the other girl didn't sweep up her customers hair. The tiny room was small as can be! Old hair die all over the drawers, floors, and walls. For getting such great reviews people must be blind or just turn their head to the hugs mess this pit is! Sorry for speaking the truth, but for $175 here is what oh get.
