My review is for the Zaktek exterior care I was provided. My most recent visit last week was my second time at this location for my Zaktek and followed what was a horrible customer experience. I was initially supposed to have my second Zaktek service provided 2 weeks earlier, but found out that when I brought my car in at 8AM day of the Zaktek area of the shop was undergoing maintenance and would be closed for 2 days. I was furious to not only find this out but also that the Zaktek folks tried calling me on a number I'd never provided them. I ended up leaving only to call back to speak with a manager who never returned my voicemail.
After waiting a week for the return phone call, I called the Zaktek department and asked them to refund
The remaining 2 1/2 years of service I had left since they were unwilling to provide the service I had paid for. The gentlemen I spoke to, Hayden, apologized for the inconvenience, gave me his personal number and said if i changed my mind he would take care of this personally.
I decided to give the Zaktek one more chance and texted Hayden. He responded promptly and set up a time for me based on my schedule. Not only that, but he moved my car to the top of the list for service to make up for the inconvenience. If it weren't for Hayden, I'd be giving this place a 1 star review, but his customer service made all the difference to me, thanks Hayden!
