This office is horrible! I tried making an appointment many times! Sent records over then was told I needed more records. Got them then was told 2-3 days then I would receive a call. Finally get the call and they want more records. I told the lady I didn't have anymore records and was put on hold 3-4 times. The lady didn't seem to know what she wanted then said she still had to review my records that they already had and she would call me back. Nope no call back and it's going on over a week. The office personnel are really ruining it for the doctors in this office! Losing patients! Trying to make an appointment for over 3 weeks now.
