I called this place looking for a dress I had tried on at Kleinfelds but was told I wouldn't be able to get it on time. The manager who answered my call looked upnthe gown and said they didn't carry it but did have a dress that was similar. She had available time slots the same day so I went in later the same day. The dress they had was even nicer than the one I had tried on at Kleinfelds. The stylist pinned on some more jewels which really made a difference. Since this was a last minute appt I wanted to come back with a bridesmaid to get her opinion but the stylist was a bit pushy. She said they'd be closed next week and that they close early during the week. She said I couldn't afford to wait 2 weeks to make a decision as the dress couldn't be rushed. I'm not sure whether that was true or not, but it did turn a pleasant experience to a sour one. She even said, don't let this dress turn into the one like kleinfelds. I ended up giving up on the dress as I felt too pressured to purchase it. Edit: they contacted me to tell me that they didn't mean to be pushy. They just wanted to get the point across that I needed to make a decision as the deadlines were cutting it close to when I would need the dress. Great customer service!
