The owner is very unprofessional. I had taken 3 dogs here over the course of a few years and today was the first time I was disappointed. I brought in my poodle and she was returned with cuts on her belly, her vagina, and ear. I called to complain and all I got back were excuses from the owner saying it was my fault she was matted so "severely" and that supposedly it was so bad that she thought about calling me to take her to a vet?! Really? Then maybe Debbie, you should have. Or at the very least been a little more sympathetic and understanding bc people do make mistakes. And she also told me it's bc my dog was in such poor condition? She had been there 3 months prior in mid March! I was told she hadn't been there in 6 months! Maybe you should also check your records before running your mouth. If anything she became defensive and shifted blame on me. Also, we paid extra for the matting...$50. I will NEVER return here nor recommend to anyone ever again. You lost my business.
