I used to love this place, but not after a recent incident. I've been coming to EWC for years, and went to my appointment per usual. I was told my "Wax Pass" was suspended, which would be settled the following week. I had an appointment the next week which were confirmed and even the day of my appointment received confirmation. However once I got there, I was told by the manager (Brittney) I could not be waxed due to my "Wax Pass" suspension, even though my appointment was confirmed more than once and the suspension would be removed the next day. Why didn't the receptionists tell me I could not be waxed until the "Wax Suspension" was removed? Complete miscommunication and lack of loyalty to costumers. I will be looking for another waxing company ASAP.
