The staff was nice enough to get us in 40min before closing on a Sunday we got 2 gel manicures and a full set. The lady (never got her name) did a horrible job with my nails. She didn't even file any of my nails the sizes didn't match and the color and design I got was off of the sample nails they had at the salon. It looked nothing like what they had displayed I tried telling her after the first nail but she didn't understand what i was telling her so she proceeded to add more glitter to cover up the entire nail. It looks like I took an old silver glitter polish and tried to cover up the mistake... on every nail. The nails are uneven thickness and she didn't file or trim my cuticles. I understand it being late and wanting to go home however DONT TAKE IN CLIENTS if you don't plan on doing a good job. I payed and tipped (very well) ahead of time because I was so appreciative that they were taking me in so late. The guy in the shop did the full set fill and did an amazing job. I don't recommend this place at all. I attempted to to tell her along the way that I was unhappy but she just pretended she didn't understand English later she totally understood English when she was gossiping with another customer. I am completely dissatisfied with the way my nails turned out.
