This was my first visit to this hotel. It is not actually in Cleveland, but I was able to get to the airport in less than 15 minutes. I interacted with several staff members during my short stay. Each one was friendly, helpful, and engaging. The hotel has a very trendy look that includes an onsite bar and The Bistro restaurant, with plenty of seating. The hotel has a free shuttle that will take you from their location in Middleburg Heights to the airport for free. Parking is also plentiful and free. My room was very clean and looked like it had been recently updated. The bed was comfortable and the room had a nice sized TV and desk space. Unlike many hotels, plug outlets and USB outlets were plentiful. The hotel has an indoor pool, whirlpool, and a very small fitness area. If you are looking for things to do in the area, there are lots of area brochures near the fitness center. For the price, quality of staff, and close proximity to the airport, I was very pleased.
