Well I've only been here twice, once to buy (lease) my car and just a couple of days ago for a free service. Likes: My brother in law bought a car from here and referred me to him. Being the stubborn person that I am, I wanted to prove to my sister that I am just as good as negotiating. I actually got a better deal than him and we asked them to match it. No problem. Done. And threw in the leaseguard too. Since our cars had slightly different options, the sales manager actually walked through the entire transaction with us. *they also have popcorn and a Starbucks coffee machine *service: just an oil change and routine maintenance. They washed the car which was appreciated (especially in the winter) Dislikes: While the sales person was nice, it was like pulling teeth trying to get the same deal. After talking to him for 1/2 hour, we asked to speak to the sales manager and that's when it became easier. *Also, service took 1.2 hours despite having an appointment. I figure it should have taken 45 minutes at the most. Oh well, it was included. Verdict: do your research, and come prepared and if you have someone that referred you, it'll be much easier.
