I had a decent experience getting my nails done. The chairs are nice and the nail shop is super clean. The only reason they didn't land a 5 star review is because; 1) We were told to wait to pay, because who I believe to be the owner/cashier, was doing someone nails and he couldn't stop to allow us to pay. I had a birthday event to host, so I was in a rush. We got to a point in which my husband and I begin to walk towards the door, so it would expedite his urgency to allow us to pay for our services. That worked. If you check-in at the location, you also get a 10%off, which was a nice little Yelp surprise. 2) It was our first time getting our (hubby &I) nails done at this shop. Thankfully, we went in the morning. They do not have alot of staff , so it seems as if you schedule an appointment you may still have to wait if a "walk-in" arrives before you. We were "walk-ins", I recall seeing a lady waiting for a while and eventually storming off, I am assuming because of the wait. A couple of people waited for a while, because of the lack of staff. That wasn't my experience (thankfully). Unfortunately, it became my experience to simply make my payment.
