If there were an option to give 10 stars i definately would! I have 3 dogs, two with medical issues and I have been with this office for about 5 years.
About 2 years ago my dog Odie started having seizures, I of course panicked and the staff at Caring Hearts was amazing. Dr. Montes has been Odie's Dr. though this entire process. he has not only been amazingly supportive with Odie, he has accepted several last minute appointments when medications needed to be adjusted, he has always explained everything in detail and answered my many questions. He has even taken calls out side of visits when I have additional concerns or questions. he has saved me lots of $$ and he has really been an amazing Dr. i can not say enough awesome things about the entire staff at Caring Hearts. At anytime Dr. Montes was not available, the other Dr's have been just as amazing.
They also have helped me with an allergy diagnosis with my lab. I highly recommend this office for your veterinary needs
