I went to Dr. Jarman for new orthotics this past summer. After bashing one of his local colleagues that I had once seen and boasting of his "stellar" online reviews, Dr. Jarman proceeded to brag that he was the "King of Orthotics" and that no podiatrist in the area makes better custom orthotics than him. I should have run away then and there! The first pair took several weeks to come in because of some office delays. Then when it did come, it was completely wrong. The doctor sheepishly admitted these were rare mistakes. So, I patiently waited a few more weeks for the re-made pair to come in, and once again, the pair came in wrong - so wrong that it didn't even fit in any of my shoes! So, after 3 months, a lot of wasted time and co-pays, the self proclaimed king of orthotics was the only winner in this deal! I had no orthotics and he had good money from me and my insurance company. Be warned!
