We had a leak in our closet ceiling AC unit... Iceman cooling came to repair. When they got to our home we asked if we should cover all of clothes and floor. The young man told us no, it wasn't necessary. He went outside, and blew out the water and rust and it soaked all of our carpet and cloths with rust water. When I confronted the worker, he chuckled, and said he didn't think that would happen!! I contacted their office, and they will do nothing about it.. they claim accidents happen...now we have to deal with the flooded carpet!! Then he left without saying a word.. we went back to the closet, he had closed the attic door, and the unit was still leaking!! I called the office again, and once again they stated they could not help, and were not aware of if the problem had been fixed or not... Not sure how companies like this stay in business...we will have to have another company come out to fix their problem....this companies only statement is call your home restoration warranty company, we cannot help...
