Their billing practices are shady. We were triple billed for what should have been our son's 18-month old visit. We took my son to his 18-month appointment. He had a slight fever the day before so I asked the doctor not to give him his scheduled vaccines. They didn't do anything special that day other than not give him his vaccines but they still billed us $159 for his well visit and $130 for a sick visit. If I had known I would have just not taken my child that day and waited until he was fully recovered and could get his vaccines. Then a couple months later we went in for my daughter's appointment and we mentioned that my son still did not have his 18 month old vaccines. They told me that they could do his vaccines during that same appointment. They did not explain to me that I would be billed another $130 for a "sick visit". At the end I ended up being billed $159+$130+$130 for what should have been an 18-month old visit. We have called their billing department several times to explain the situation but they've told us that doctors are allowed to bill like that and there was nothing they could do. Besides that their wait times are very long. We have waited in the doctor's room, with my baby undressed, for over 45 minutes. I think we are ready to switch doctors.
