A lot of the items that we ordered never arrived despite ordering them multiple times, one item in particular never made its appearance even after 3 rounds of ordering. We finally had to flag a waitress down and order it in person instead of the iPad. Also had to constantly flag someone down to have our drinks refilled. The staff is completely unorganized and occasionally you can see them standing around talking to each other instead of servicing customers.
