This is by far the WORST apartment experience I have had. When we first moved in maintenance was fine, usually responded NO LATER than the next day. Then they switched management companies. You're lucky to get someone to answer the phone at all. I had a leak coming from my AC vent and reported it immediately. They said not to use our upstairs sink (which was not the problem, it was the shower.) until it was fixed. Flash forward 3 weeks - Plumber finally comes. Cuts a huge hole in our ceiling, replaces about 6 feet of rotten pipe, voila! problem solved! Now here we are almost 4 months later and I still have a gaping hole in my ceiling with plastic over it. Sure, they came and looked at it. Two months ago. We keep calling, and keep being ignored. They sure are out there messing with the pool every day, though. Around the same time I requested pest control to come because the bugs here are ENORMOUS! He came alright. Slipped a card under our door and left, never to be heard from again. The health department needs to be called. As I write this, I have no running water and the office is - of course - unreachable. This complex is absolutely uninhabitable, ESPECIALLY at these prices.
