Went for my appointment here two weeks ago and although both the receptionist and Dr were both very friendly, I just couldn't deal with everything being so dirty. From the floors to the equipment, everything had a thick layer of dust. There were dried spill marks down the cupboard of the room I was in and I ran my fingers across the base of the equipment and it was horrible. I read several reviews about this office being clean, but they are older reviews and I guarantee you this isn't the case now. It may not be a medical doctor facility, but I expect it to be just as clean. Never underestimate the number of infections that can occur from dental procedures. My daughter has a heart condition (two times previous heart surgery) that requires her to take antibiotics for several days prior to a dental procedure for specifically these reasons - germs entering through the mouth during dental procedures stream directly to her heart. A clean medical or dental facility is of paramount importance. But it's not just her, this is so important for everyone, especially children and the elderly. Is expecting a clean environment too much to ask for? My goodness, this should be one of the most important things in your office. I'm not even a clean freak. I was watching a couple children around 6 or 7 who were taking turns getting work done - they were running their hands all over everything, as expected with kids - then putting their hands in their mouth to adjust the cotton from the tooth pulling they had just completed - it was difficult to watch. This place needs a very serious cleaning. I won't be back unfortunately, as everyone was so nice and helpful - but a dirty dental facility is just dangerous.
