My Dad was always a firm believer in Goodyear. Two weeks ago I brought my car in for a radiator leak. Not only did they fix it but they also addressed some other major issues that needed to be repaired. They made sure everything was a hundred and ten percent before I left the store. Today, there was a minor setback. I blew a tire and the replacement took longer than expected, but this Goodyear showed me that they could right a wrong in good faith. They clearly appreciate their customers feedback and act accordingly in a fair and decent manner...thank you Goodyear.
