Poor Nate, I took my truck in for service. Had a broken tail gate and my truck is back firing badly. This was on Sat the 14th, he told me he would have most of the day. I waited till 3:30 and had no call back so I called in and he told me he left a message on my phone, I asked him the number and it was the number of the old owner. I bought this truck on Aug 23rd. You would think there office would a least update who bought this truck. This is the third time this has happened. Nate was awesome he took down all my info and was going to take this upstairs to have this fixed. He also got me a loaner vehicle to drive till they fixed my truck this was after they where closed. Nate in service is a five star guy for me. Thanks
