What started off as a positive experience quickly turned sour in one day after a year. When service started I informed them I would simply like to be made of any fixes prior to repair. This was disregarded. When confronting them, they informed me that they automatically repair items if under $50 and that we would not be a good fit for them sine we wanted to be notified prior to repair. The office manager Sheri has a horrible attitude and told me she was going to cancel my service immediately, because I had said I would made this problem known on review forums. I asked her to please continue my service until I had found another company and she said she would have someone contact me and hung up. I am very very disappointed with how unprofessional and rude she was. I will in fact be taking my business elsewhere and will notify all of me 3 referrals to do the same.
