Im so glad we finally got away from the strip to try out Carson Kitchen. Not only was the food great, but the prices are really reasonably. The staff does a fantastic job tying it all together with their friendliness and fun attitude. Luckily we sat at the front bar right in front of the kitchen. They don't take reservations so I guess we just got lucky. I cant wait to go back and try more dishes. Maybe next time even check out the roof top patio in the mean time here are some must get items... The best of the bunch: Cocoa-Espresso NY Strip and at only $19 its a steal! Top apps: Veal Meatballs and "Devil's" Eggs (with caviar) yum...$8-12 what! Other tasty treats: Crispy Chicken Skins and the BLT Salad All you visitors to LV, break away from the strip and check out Carson Kitchen downtown. You will not be disappointed.
