I trained for two years at Fitness 19 and thought I was in shape, coming to Scaled Fitness has changed my way of thinking, my mind set, I am more fit that ever before. I have made many friends. It feels like a family , everyone helps and encourages each other to reach their full potential. Dr. Ray is very hands on and assist in all training so we are doing everything correct and we don't get injured. He is always willing to answer questions, he is very knowledgeable in Fitness and nutrition. I am beyond happy I can call this my home away from home. Not only Fitness but my entire family is under Dr. Ray's care for chiropractic and we wouldnt go anywhere else.
