I don't understand the hype about forever21. I don't know why everyone freaks out over it. It's all just low quality, sweatshop made trendy items that most of the time aren't going to have a nice fit. You wear the products a couple times & they literarily fall apart. The companies return policy is really strict so you're just out the money.
As for this location, the staff is very moody. Typical for a store like this. The store is most of the time messy & no one knows anything. It's frustrating. I'm not a big fan. The only good thing about this location is they carry so much stuff, if you have the time to dig & you want something you'll only need once or so you might find it here.
