I came here in an urgent situation as I was rushing to a wedding that evening and needed a dress hem stitched up a little bit.
The initial hem took about an hour and a half. When I picked up the dress, it was way to small for me. I couldn't fit it over my shoulders through the top, and I couldn't fit through the side either! When explaining this to the (tall blonde) lady working there, she decided to speak to me as if I didn't know how to wear clothes and that I must not be putting it on right.
At this point I was completely offended and annoyed with her. I asked her if she could un-sew a little bit and she told me that it would take an HOUR to take apart 2 inches of thread. This was appalling! Throughout all of this she maintained such a terrible attitude, I have never received such horrible service.
I will never come back here again! I am writing this review in hopes that others don't make the same mistake by taking their business to this establishment.
