The actual doctors office is really small and it's been pretty busy every time I've went, with that being said... I love the dr I see, Martha Ellis I think, I feel like she really has genuine care for my wellbeing. They have a lot of other offices on the site, including lab work, which is great because I HATE driving in Phoenix. I did have to miss an appointment and had to reschedule, now i have to wait 2 weeks to get in again...so that sucks, but overall I really like the dr. I have only seen one other lady, Bergman, I think... I didn't feel like she really cared or was as personable as dr. Ellis. If the office was a little bigger and a little nicer, definitely would give 5*.
