I've been coming to MyPediSpa for over a year and a half now
The previous owners were great, they really appreciated their customers and really went above and beyond when it came to pampering and treating their customers properly
Sad to say, this is not the case anymore
I continued to come to this shop after they changed owners and have had several conversations with the current owner
She is extremely friendly and nice , her employees not so much
I always upgrade my pedicure to a "jelly"and add gel polish so I am paying average $80 on my toes
I get an acrylic full set and add gel as well with shape and design $75
So I am spending well over $100 constantly
I come every other week, averaging 3 times a month
I have sent several of my friends and clients here who spend about the same
So I have brought them a significant amount of business
Over the duration of me coming here
So let's get to the issue , my last pedicure I explained to the guy for some odd reason my big toe was hurting
He attempted to cut it and could not
He said in Vietnamese tongue that his coworker was brainless and gave me an ingrown toe nail
Every nail technician began to laugh and I became the joke of the hour
Being fully fluent in Vietnamese I knew everything that they were saying and was disgusted on how poorly they truly feel of their customers
Joking and making fun of people who spend their hard earned money to come here is not cool
There are HUNDREDS of nail shops in Las Vegas and I will be taking my business else where
The fact that you think your coworkers mistake is a joke is absolutely ridiculous
They were not able to fix the damage they caused and I now will have to get my TOE NAIL REMOVED BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SKILLED ON HOW TO DO A PROPER PEDICURE
As I continued to walk around the store , my nail technician did not have his certification posted
So most likely illegal
What a joke
Here's a tip , text time you want to insult your customers
Speak a language they are not fluent in
Will never step in here again, and will be telling all my friends
