My husband stopped in yesterday after seeing Lucy and had a 12oz iced white chocolate caramel mocha, apple & cinnamon crepe, and an apple strudel. Overall the quality was ok but I expected fresh sautéed or caramelized apples with the Crepes but received canned apple pie filling folded into the crepe that also could have been a tad crispier. The iced coffee was lacking in flavor tasting strongly of milk and could have used more ice and sweetener. My husband enjoyed his strudel but mentioned that the bottom crust was a tad burnt and too crispy. This was our first visit on a Sunday afternoon but will definitely give Elevate another chance to rise up!
