I got my windshield repaired with them and everything was fine until it chipped again a few weeks later. The warranty only covers chip repairs and if your chip is located close to the edge, THEIR machines cannot reach it and the warranty is null and void!!! Since their machine is not capable of fixing a chip based on location, they will not repair it. The warranty does not cover cracks. They charge almost $300 for NOTHING!!! If the chip spreads, you have to purchase another windshield. Bad customer service as well! They don't care that they don't have machines adequate enough!
