If you take a look at my profile, you see I tend to rate on the higher side. I just feel more motivated to leave a good review than to leave a bad review. However, I can't really let the experience I had with Mobile Ifixers slide. Don't get me wrong, Isaac is certainly a nice guy but I had some real difficulties with my Ipad. This saga started about 5 months ago when I was foolish enough to leave my Ipad on a counter and my uncle knocked it off shattering the screen. When I got back to Phoenix, I checked him out and loved his reviews! Plus, he had a coupon, and would come to my work. It took a couple texts back and forth to get it scheduled but it worked out. He replaced it and it was working fine... for a month. Then it started to ghost and it took forever to get a hold of him. We would text back and forth and he had promised to replace it for free. Finally after repeated texts back and forth it finally got done and I was more than patient. Unfortunately after another month, it started to ghost again. I contacted him again, and he seemed frustrated with me. I told him I'd be amenable to him trying to fix it again. That's been over 2 weeks ago and he hasn't contacted me again. I ended up just going to the apple store and getting it replaced. That's what I should've done from the beginning and saved myself the fee and hassle of having him fix it. Just my 2 cents, hope you all have better luck.
