I lived in this apartment complex for 3 year, it was the most horrible experience. People never rent here this people are a bunch of vultures, they want your money. Maintenance is very but very poor full of Indians swimming with their Indians clothes in the pool. I got cockroaches and I killed them myself. For 3 years a had a a/c problem until before I moved out broken down because apartments are garbage for the price to high where down the road for the same price you can find better units for equal or less price and better amenities. This people had me for 2 weeks with no a/c forcing me to move out early plus I had to pay them the full amount of the month and they did not care about anything or the tenants, they just want your money. I got fungus around the windows frame. They also made me paid for the carpet. Dirty carpet no matter how I complained about it during this 3 years I paid and they will make you pay. You can smell curry every where. They charge for everything. Cheswick is garbage and I never will rent in my life there and I will tell everybody the type of shit is this apartment complex.
