I think I'd heard too much about BabyStacks before visiting, so my expectations were WAY too high! However, that's not to say that it was a bad experience by any stretch. I just should have stuck to my initial thought and either ordered the Red Velvet or Carrot Cake pancakes instead of the Cinnamon Roll. They were good, just not great. It took awhile to get to the cinnamon- for awhile I felt like they were just regular pancakes.
The service was friendly, and coffee was refilled frequently. They do very brisk business, so you'll likely have a wait if you visit on a weekend. Prices were very fair- 2 people can eat well for $20.
