I came here to take a typing assessment certification. The staff was very helpful and professional. The charge for the certificate if you pass is $20 but if you did not like the score you receive after two attempts you do not have to pay. You only pay if you are satisfied and need a certificate printed and given to you. I had called ahead of time to schedule an appointment but an appointment is not necessary. The total time is approximately 15 minutes total from taking the practice typing test and taking the actual typing test and retaking it if you request if you aren't happy with your first score. The employees just ask you come in at least 30 minutes prior to closing.
