Ulta is Ulta...a fantastic selection of beauty products. It's my birthday weekend, was MAJOR shopping all weekend & ready to drop lots of money on upgrading my make-up. The customer service was SO basic; there were several employees but no one really made eye-contact with seemed eager to helping me out. I did ask my questions to about 4 different employees (had to practically bug them for attention) & the lady who was most helpful informed me it was her first day! Usually I get such great customer service at Ulta & end up dropping a lot more money than I should..just not at this one.
