Doing alot of my own work on my personal muscle and classic cars there comes a time when I am not in the mood, or the timing is not convenient to do standard repairs on my daily driver. For this, I require a professional shop. And when it comes to picking a shop, I am VERY picky. Trying to find a shop that is, first and foremost, competent, can become an expensive hunt. Next would be an honest shop. Third, a shop that can get work done reasonably quick. Sometimes finding a shop that can accomplish even one of these criteria is a challenge. After having been recommended to Cool Runnings and dealing with Neil here at his shop I am now set long term on my needs of a professional shop. He may not be a huge operation in a large expensive and fancy building, but the quality of his work, and the fact that he fully stands behind it, is a happy plus to go along with his very reasonable rates. After a handfull of expensive and bad experiences at local dealerships Neil will always be my first choice if dealership service is not a warranty requirement. Very happy now.
