Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. That's all I can say about the service I received from Darrel and Justin at Valleywide Stonecare.
My amazing experience began when they arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and ended exactly 33 minutes later when they left (they cleaned and sealed approx 600 sq ft of tile and grout on the main floor of my home). If only I could get my floors this clean in 33 minutes!!
The process was quick and I truly enjoyed watching the guys work. Seeing my clean floors emerge from under all of the grime was so rewarding. I am glad the guys encouraged us to watch because the process was mesmerizing.
One thing I particularly appreciated was the bonus of clean baseboards! THANK YOU!!
Darrel and Justin were very clear that we needed to towel dry the face of the tile approx 30-45 minutes after they left to clean up the residual sealer that did not soak into the grout. I could see that there were some spots that had already dried (this is AZ after all and our low humidity guarantees liquids dry exceptionally quickly) but wiping them clean was no more labor intensive than wiping up the spots that were still wet.
I will absolutely recommend Valleywide Stonecare to everyone I know in the Valley who has tile/stone flooring and we will absolutely use their services again in the future. This combination of service and affordability just can't be beat.
I would also like to mention how professional Darrel and Justin behaved and how cleanly they were dressed. Their clothing and personal grooming was clean and tidy. This attention to detail made a great first impression and I was at ease welcoming them into my home.
