The worst experience ive ever dealt with. I got my car towed, but the guy who calls himself the "supervisor" didnt tell me to turn off my emergency lights and was being a complete dick. I had 100$ cash and he told me i had 5 minutes to get the rest & that my 5 minutes had started 3 minutes ago. What supervisor says that. As a prior supervisor you dont treat people like trash. When i called him he said it wasnt his job to tell me anything and that was my responsibility. Like its common fucken courtesy to say that you cant open the car once impounded and i should turn off all my lights. For a supervisor they sure dont know how to pick them. Worst experience of my life ever. Ive dealt with other towing companies none as rude and disrespectful as this one. I would never ever recommend them to anyone even for a help. Dealing with rude people like this is annoying & i hope he gets demoted or fired.
