2 stars because the girl who did my fullset was sweet and always accommodated to making sure that I was okay and if I had any questions. I showed her a picture because I wanted a long and wispy look for my lashes and wanted to give her an idea of what I want it to be.
Other than her personality, I wasn't please with how long they stayed on. I followed instructions and waited the full 24 hours before wetting my lashes and their recommended cleaning. Within 3-4 days of getting a fill, half of my lashes were gone. I called, not really to complain but let them know and ask if I could come in and get them fixed and they didn't seem like they were willing to comply to fix my lashes
