I had a blown tire on a Sunday around 1 pm. I went into Firestone to get a new tire and the General Manager - Joe Hecker - was extremely rude. As soon as I walked in, I was stared at from the garage and was not immediately helped. After Joe came in after he saw fit, he refused to elaborate on any answers to the questions that I had asked him. I simply asked how long it would take and I received 'it shouldn't take to long' along with a very condescending tone. After 3 times asking, I had to rudely ask how long and he finally told me it would be almost an hour. This was one of many questions that I had asked. I then, saw many customers come in and walk out as they were not receiving timely service because Joe was in the garage, sitting at the computer not giving any acknowledgement of their presence. I may add that there was not anyone else available to help behind the counter in the establishment. As a customer, it is important to have adequate help so you are not spread so thin. The only reason why I am doing business today is because there are not any other open tire places near me. If you have the choice, go to another place! Worst. Experience. Ever.
