I've been to numerous hospitals across Chicago and the Midwest and the care and environment at Mayo Clinic blows away every other hospital I've been to. Very short wait times, doctors who LISTEN (isn't that amazing??), and very clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable lobbies and clinic rooms. Both the Scottsdale (Shea) and North Phoenix (Desert Ridge area) branches are very nice, I spend most my time at the Shea one.
