It's an average Starbucks. It always seems to have plenty of people there, although I haven't experienced chronically long lines like Missy mentioned (although I believe it, if you go during SAIT hours). It can be annoying to get to if you're heading east on 16th Ave. My drinks have always been made to my expectations, from what I can remember.
