So this review will be two parts. I went there two Sundays ago and my customer service was terrible. It took me 22 minutes to receive a plain bagel with butter. As it was shortly before lunch time I did expect to wait, but not 22 minutes. The gentleman making the food for the in-house customers did not have a sense of urgency. The bagel was to be expected, good. I did try one more day, early morning during the week. I went through the drive-through and the young girl at the counter even though I was not waiting very long apologized and offered me a discount for the wait. As I did not take a discount on the $2.11 bagel it was the point cod customer service. As I've been to Einstein bagels in many different cities, the food is the same, above average , every place I go
