I wish there was a way to give his place 0 stars. We came last night after a trip to the urgent care with my 2 year old kid who was diagnosed with pneumonia. At 10:00 at night it was a 40 minute wait. We said ok left and came back 40 mins later- went back they the drivethru and sat there for another 20min while they "worked on it". I finally left the drive thru and went inside and my Rx was ready and waiting. So why was I sitting in the drivethru waiting?
I got home, and one of my Rx was not there. Call pharmacy and they told me my ins needed a pre auth- frustrating but ok. I just wish that it was explained to me prior to leaving. Call my ins in the morning and they tell me it was approved last night
Go back down this morning with my sick kid in tow and have been waiting behind 4 cars jn the drive thru for 30min what the heck is wrong with this place? Mid night or mid day the wait is rediculous.
I will never come back here.
