Rude banker who made a statement about me pulling money out of my card saying "As long as it's in there" assuming that what? My money isn't in there? Oh it's in there sweetie now why don't you just do your job and take the money out like I asked in the first place also I don't need to hear the "Because once I run it once I can't run it again" okay again nobody ever said you would have to try and run it again, I will assure you that my money is there, don't you worry about that just sit behind that window and take MY money out of MY account and give it to me like I asked nicely in the first place, never have I had a bank make me feel so uncomfortable about asking to take my money out of my account in my life, don't ever make a loyal customer feel uncomfortable about asking to take money out, I will be closing my account with US Bank and I will be making sure any of my friends and family do not go to US Bank for their banking needs! Teach your bankers to not make the customer feel uncomfortable about the money they earned, EVER. Period. Thanks!
